 Terry McDaniel FHA Certified VA Certified Terry graduated from Angelo State University in 1975. He then graduated from banking schools in Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas, an industry he worked in through 1986. Terry began working as a real estate appraiser in 1986 and has been serving the West Texas area since then. Terry has served as President of the Big Spring Rotary Club; President of the Big Spring Chamber of Commerce; and as a member of the City Council of Big Spring. Terry has been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 1994.  Talan Klein
Trainee Talan grew up in Dallas, TX, before moving to Oklahoma—where he attended high school and college. He graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013 with a B.S. in entomology before moving out west to help with the family business. Over the last several years Talan has spent his time taking courses and learning every step of the appraisal process from his grandfather, Terry. He plans to have his Residential Certification in 2024. |
